Rasheem Manson (Head Coach)
A native of Charlotte, NC by way of Jamaica, Queens, NY. Coach Manson has over 12 years experience in youth basketball in which 10 out of his 12 seasons, his teams have qualified for post-season play including a State Championship. Coach Manson has experience in leading players to national rankings and to play at a collegiate and professional level. He is a great teacher, coach, friend, leader and motivator. He preaches his philosophy of “Play the Right Way” to every child he has had the opportunity to coach. “Don’t be upset with the results you didn’t get from the work you didn’t do!” Coach Manson also works in the Financial Industry and as a Real Estate Investor. He enjoys watching movies and going to community events. PCA (Positive Coaches Alliance) Certified and NCAA Certified.

Kadell James (Assistant Coach)
Born in New Jersey and raised in South Carolina. Over 5 years experience in youth coach and development in basketball. Currently a coach at Springfield Middle School. PCA (Positive Coaches Alliance) and NCAA certified.

Jessie Townsend (Head Coach)
Born and raised in Charleston, SC. Over 3 years experience in youth coaching and development in basketball. Currently a head coach for St. Anne Catholic School and former Winthrop Men's basketball team manager. PCA (Positive Coaches Alliance) Certified.

Over 2 years experience in youth coach and development in basketball. PCA (Positive Coaches Alliance) Certified.
Matthew Zocco (Co-Head Coach)
Born and raised in Connecticut. Moved to South Carolina in April 2018. Over 6 years of experience coaching high school basketball in Connecticut. Won a state title, 3 conferences title, 4 divison championships and multiple regular season titles. Coach Zocco also puts a lot of emphasis in developing players in youth basketball. PCA (Positive Coaches Alliance) Certified.
