The Fort Mill Knicks is a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) Youth Basketball Organization dedicated to providing youths the opportunity to play organized basketball and compete at a highly competitive level.
Our coaching philosophy is to promote educational success, build character, focus on fundamentals, instill hard work ethics, teach the importance of teamwork, build overall team chemistry and create a family atmosphere.
Our History
2013
Founded
Gilbert Major founded the Fort Mill Knicks to provide young athletes in the Fort Mill area with an opportunity to play basketball in summer leagues with the goal of gaining an athletic scholarship.
2016
First Scholarships
The class of 2016 produced four athletic scholarships to D1 and D2 schools.
2018
More Teams
Fort Mill Knicks expanded its opportunities to athletes in every class from 6th grade to 12th grade.
